First Week as a Freshman

High school is definitely different than middle school– there’s more people, you’re in classes with Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors, and there’s more homework. My first week has been pretty good, band on the first day was a great way to start off the day. The only thing I’m worried about in band, is messing up the marching drill. English was a bit hard this week, because it seemed like we had a lot of work, but we really didn’t it’s just different than middle school. Debate was pretty easy even though we’ve already had quiz which was over our resolutions. It seems like it’s going to be a little bit of a challenge for me because it involves public speaking. BIM I hasn’t really been hard, we’ve just been checking our accounts and making sure we can log on to them. In Geometry however, we’ve already had quite a bit of homework, I think. Biology wasn’t too hard, we just set up our class binders and started on some basic Biology prefixes/suffixes. In Principles of Agriculture, all we’ve been doing really is getting introduced into what we’ll be learning this year and what we can do in FFA. Lastly, in basketball off-season we’ve definitely been working hard. We started out on the second and third day of school doing 25 bleachers, then doing a core workout. Other than that, my first week in high school has been pretty good.
